Basic tennis

  • Beginners /Mini Tennis: Program designed for newcomers and recreational players age 8 and above to learn basic skills and movements of the game so that they can score, serve, rally and play.

  • 1 hrs of training ( 3 days a week)

  • 5 hours of fitness training per day

  • Training tailored to individual based on age, level and needs

Semi Advanced Tennis
  • 2 hrs of daily training (Monday - Saturday)

  • Precise technical feedback and support

Tactical training:-

  • Weekly training matches

  • Clinics with professional players

  • 1.5 hours of fitness training per day

  • Training tailored to individual based on age, level and needs

Intermidiate tennis

Our goal is to make essential technical corrections, help them to how to play with tactical situations, motivate them to train harder as they enter the state / national level tournament circuit.

  • 1 hrs of daily training (Monday - Saturday)

  • 4 players maximum per court

  • Precise technical feedback and support

  • Tactical training

  • Weekly training matches

  • Clinics with professional players

  • 5 hours of fitness training per day

  • Training tailored to individual based on age, level and needs

Beginners:-

Advanced Tennis

Programs focus on key areas like fitness, court movements, match play, situational points, court awareness, anticipation and other important skills to be developed in players. The players train 2 – 3 hours each day, and also a morning session 6 days a week.

  • 2 -3 hrs of daily training (Monday - Saturday)

  • Daily morning sessions (optional)

  • 4 players maximum per court

  • Precise technical feedback and support

  • Tactical training

  • Regular on court video analysis using

  • Weekly training matches
