Training Camps

Our training camps at Sports Union Club are a highlight of the year for many players. These camps are designed to give participants a complete tennis experience in a focused and engaging environment. Held during school holidays or special seasons, our camps attract players of all ages and levels who want to improve their game while enjoying the fun of group learning.

Each camp is carefully planned to include a balance of skill training, physical conditioning, and match practice. Players spend extra time on court, working on everything from basic strokes to advanced techniques. Coaches use a mix of drills, games, and practice matches to keep the sessions dynamic and enjoyable. For beginners, the camp offers a chance to build confidence and learn the fundamentals quickly. For more experienced players, it provides the intensity needed to refine skills and boost performance.

Physical fitness also plays a central role in our camps. Participants take part in exercises that build endurance, strength, and flexibility. These sessions are designed not just to improve fitness but also to make players more agile and resilient on the court.

Beyond training, our camps emphasize the social and community aspect of tennis. Players get the chance to meet new friends, share experiences, and learn from one another. Group activities and friendly competitions create a spirit of teamwork and fun that makes every camp memorable.

Our coaches ensure that every participant receives individual attention, along with the benefits of group practice. The combination of focused coaching and shared learning helps players make significant improvements in a short period.

At the end of the camp, participants leave with improved skills, greater confidence, and lasting memories. Our training camps are not just about tennis—they are about enjoying the game, building friendships, and creating an experience that players look forward to year after year.
